This Privacy Policy explains how aircncpts ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit this website or join our launch waitlist. We are based in Greece and handle personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Greek data protection law. When you join our launch waitlist, we collect:
When you simply browse the site, our hosting provider and email platform may automatically process limited technical data (such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested) as part of delivering and securing the site. We do not use this data to identify you personally.
We use your email address for one purpose: to send you updates about our launch and products. Our legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you give by ticking the consent box and confirming your subscription. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see "Your rights" and "Unsubscribing" below), and doing so does not affect the lawfulness of anything we did before you withdrew it.
We manage our waitlist and send emails using a third-party email marketing platform whose servers are located in the European Union. This provider processes your email address on our behalf as a data processor, under a data processing agreement that requires it to protect your data and act only on our instructions. We use double opt-in: after you sign up, you must click a confirmation link in an email before you are added to our list.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate — namely our email marketing platform and our website host — and only to the extent needed to provide the service. We may also disclose data if required by law.
Your email address is stored on our email provider's EU-based infrastructure, keeping your data within the European Union. If any transfer outside the EU/EEA were to occur, it would be protected by appropriate safeguards as required by GDPR.
We keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed to our waitlist. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we remove it promptly, except where we are required to retain limited records to comply with a legal obligation.

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Our signup form and the third-party platforms we rely on may set limited functional cookies needed to operate the form securely. Those platforms are governed by their own privacy policies.
This site and our waitlist are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be communicated where appropriate.
